Guidelines
Effective Date: 13 September 2025
1. Purpose & Scope
These guidelines apply to all creators in the Finmode Affiliate Program. They outline what’s required to maintain your status and keep the free Pro plan.
2. Requirements for Joining
Have an active public content platform (YouTube is primary for now)Provide accurate info about your channel (name, subscriber count, audience demographics)Agree to follow Finmode’s Terms of Service and community standards
3. Free Pro Plan Maintenance
To retain the free Pro plan, you must: Promote Finmode at least once per month (for example: one dedicated video, or two meaningful mentions/posts that include your affiliate link or code), Maintain content quality as described belowFollow all disclosure & legal requirements, If you fail to meet the promotion requirement for two consecutive months, we may downgrade your free Pro plan or pause affiliate benefits.
4. Affiliate Tracking, Commission & Payments
You will receive a unique affiliate link/code; sign-ups via that link/code are tracked. Commission rate: 25% (recurring or one-time as applicable).Payments are made monthly once you reach the minimum payout threshold. If a subscriber you referred cancels, you stop earning commissions from that user.
5. Content & Promotion Guidelines
Be truthful about what Finmode offers. Avoid exaggeration or overpromising. Use your own style and voice, but keep the content clear, honest, non-misleading. Use promo assets we provide (logos, visuals, suggested copy), or get approval before using your own custom ones.
6. Disclosure & Legal Compliance
Clearly disclose your affiliate relationship. E.g., “I may receive a commission if you sign up through my link.”Disclosures must be easy to see/hear: in video, description, on screen, etc.Follow platform rules (e.g. YouTube’s affiliate/branded content policies) and any relevant consumer protection laws.Do not misrepresent Finmode or use misleading content/titles.7. Prohibited Practices
You must not:Use deceptive or spammy promotion methodsBid on Finmode trademarks or use misleading keywords implying endorsementManufacture fake metrics, reviews, bots, or manipulate dataPromote Finmode in content that is unlawful, inappropriate, or contradicts Finmode’s values8. Evaluation & TerminationWe monitor your promotional activity, content quality, compliance, and audience feedback.If you repeatedly fail to meet requirements (frequency, quality, disclosures) or violate these guidelines, Finmode may revoke your affiliate access or remove / downgrade your free Pro plan.9. Support & ResourcesAccess to a creator dashboard with metrics: clicks, sign-ups, conversions, earningsMarketing materials: logos, screenshots, suggested copyOccasional tips or training to help you optimize your promotions10. 7. Prohibited Practices

14. Amendments
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes and provide a revised version with the updated effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
